We are currently looking for a Buyer to join our team. Do you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy busy days, and take on challenges related to procurement management? In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating purchasing activities while working closely with internal teams to meet the company’s operational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, and carry out product purchases from local (Canada/USA) and international suppliers;
- Participate in supplier meetings related to your portfolio to maintain and strengthen business relationships;
- Contribute to the analysis of surplus and obsolete stock levels across our warehouses to optimize inventory;
- Evaluate supplier performance in relation to operational goals;
- Ensure compliance with current procurement policies and processes;
- Collaborate with other departments to support the development of new products, in line with production timelines and requirements;
- Work closely with the quality department and suppliers to effectively address non-conformities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a College Diploma (DEC/AEC) with relevant experience;
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or furniture industry setting;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an asset);
- Proficiency in standard office software tools;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of accountability.
