Butchers - Full Time / Part Time
At Butchers of Distinction, we are committed to the traditional craft of whole animal butchery. Traceability and knowledge of local Ontario products has been a key to our success today.
Duties will include:
- Break down of whole beef, pork lamb etc.
- Cutting/merchandise of chicken and other premium meat products
- Preparation of specialty meat merchandise (ie. sausages, cured meats, etc.)
- Professionally maintain all display cases at the shop
- Able to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to our safety
If you have a passion for whole animal/artisan butchery and you are a skilled and qualified butcher with 2+ years experience, then this may be an excellent opportunity for you. As well, for those seeking further butchery skills development, training will be provided on site.
