We are the # 1 Oracle Partner for Oracle Cloud Applications implementation in Canada with over 125 Oracle Cloud projects successfully implemented in the country with several others in progress.
As part of our business portfolio, we implement Oracle Fusion Applications for our clients in Canada and the US. We are looking for candidates who either have the experience or have completed, at a minimum, their undergraduate degree in the following business areas:
1. Financials and Accounting
2. Supply Chain Management
3. Procurement
4. Human Resources
5. Payroll
Required Qualifications:
· Must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma from an accredited university or college, in one or more of the above business areas and/or have a minimum 2 years’ experience working for an organization in the above areas.
· Must have good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
· Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
· Must be authorized to work in Canada.
· Must be able to work from our Mississauga office, five days a week.
· Must be able to travel within Canada as required (approximately 50%).
· Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude.
· Must be willing to work longer hours when needed for the projects.
· Must be Fluent in English – spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with enterprise applications such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft, etc.
· Certification in any software applications
· Fluent in French – spoken and written

· Willing to take training and pass the internal test in one of the above areas BEFORE your start date. Novamodus will provide access to online training including practice in Oracle Applications at no cost to you.
· Work from our offices 5-days a week.
Job responsibilities:
· Ability to relate to the clients’ business and understand their business processes.
· Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients.
· Documenting business related requirements.
· Solutioning the requirements using Oracle Applications.
· Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Perform end-to-end testing of the applications.
Successful candidates will be rewarded with the following:
