Business IT Integration Analyst
Note: This position is required to report to, and work from, the physical work location a minimum of three days per week. Current hybrid work arrangements are subject to change.

In this role, you will:- Provide direct support to court operations to help integrate new IT applications into business processes
- Conduct extensive client user research and analyze current business and system workflows
- Provide advice and recommendations related to new functionality and processes
- Translate business needs and legislated rules into functional requirements
- Lead the planning, testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Assist in the delivery of training and application support
What you bring to the team
Essential Skills
Knowledge of and skills in:- Business processes and application operations and business process analysis techniques to analyze and document current diverse business processes to meet common new application development needs, identify what processes the legacy system will support, and recommend business process changes.
- Technical multi-tier computer solutions to provide options as part of business cases.
- Knowledge of government administrative policies, standards, procedures and guidelines to perform business analysis and ensure that the development and design of applications are in compliance.
- Business process needs, the legacy application and the new application, to map processes performed by each application.
- Waterfall, Agile and Product management methodologies.
- Project Management experience in coordinating low-level project activities including but not limited to working with business and customer on reference data gathering, copybook preparation, production readiness, technical and functional gating and checkpoint documentation.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Proven ability working on web, cloud-based and standalone applications including case management solutions.
- Knowledge of basic technologies such as accessing database and logs, analyzing copybooks and reference data during development and maintenance phase.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and architecture tools.
- Knowledge of basic technologies used in building web applications such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks from the perspective of troubleshooting and building prototypes with those technologies.
- Working knowledge of using manual and automated testing tools, test planning and building test scenarios, tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, SOAPUI and others used in manual testing.
Functional Knowledge
- You have demonstrated ability in working with development team and business on triaging production and non-production defects and incidents, troubleshooting issues at the first level with analysis and passing it over to the development team.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in assisting testing team with planning and execution, working with manual and automated testing tools.
Communications (oral and written), Presentation and Persuasive Skills
- You can write and present business analyses and recommendations.
- You have presentation skills to promote new technology application, encourage user cooperation and deliver training to diverse audiences.
- You have persuasive skills to deal with resistance to change and innovation.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- You can identify, analyze and document diverse user business processes and develop ways to accommodate needs that do not fit the new common application.
- You can research and analyze business workflow and technical requirements to assess user and application behaviors.
- You can recommend and develop solutions to address unique business issues at the functional, application and business process level.
