Duties
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from inception to completion.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on business development progress.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
