Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Business Development Director to lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts in the healthcare sector, specifically targeting clinics, hospitals, and other medical organizations. This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth, building strong partnerships, and promoting NDC’s customized workforce and internship solutions to healthcare providers.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct outreach to clinics, hospitals, medical centers, and private practices to promote NDC’s services.
- Lead contract negotiations and onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing healthcare clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance and personalized service to clients based on their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand NDC’s presence in the healthcare sector.
- Track performance metrics, client feedback, and growth targets, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
- Established network of contacts in clinics, hospitals, or medical organizations is a significant asset.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s staffing needs and operational models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
