Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and informative experience. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks associated with cannabis use
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer operation, including basic math skills and file management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well within a team
Please note that all candidates must be at least 19 years of age or older to be considered for this position and CANNSELL license is required + Police Background Check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
