Vania Spose is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal/Evening Wear Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their families as they navigate the exciting journey of selecting the perfect wedding attire and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories that align with their vision and style.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various bridal attire.
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory through effective merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple clients and tasks during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and French.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients through active listening and understanding of their needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 18 per week
