A day in the life:
As a brewer, you will assist with all brewery operations. This includes but if not limited to, grain and hop storage and handling, milling, all aspects of wort production, Cellar work (fermentation tracking, tank cleaning, yeast processing and pitching), brewhouse cleaning and maintenance.
You will have opportunity to work on recipe development with our Brewmaster, then brew it on our pilot system for the small batch program. You will also get to work in our pilot brewery on dozens of different styles of beer every year.
Brewing is generally shift work and will include early morning and late evenings. This is a full-time job and will mostly include brewing 4-5 days a week. We offer paid breaks and benefits.

Our brewing and packaging team is energetic, hardworking, and lots of fun. We know that teamwork makes the dream work and that laughs make each batch of beer taste even better. We're responsible for making the brewing, packaging, and handing off high-quality products to our logistics team.
Must Haves:
· Passion for brewing and beer
· Desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
· 2+ years Home Brewing experience required
· Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
· Knowledge of the entire brewing process required
· Thrives in a team environment
· Access to a cell phone.
Nice to Haves:
· 1+ year commercial brewing experience preferred
· Diploma from Brewing Science course preferred
· High School diploma or GED/some college preferred
