Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, following proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are crucial.
