Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at Drippy Desserts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes that blend western flavors while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will be key in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare menu items that reflect the fusion of western cuisines.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food presentation to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
