Duties include: Setting up the breakfast buffet for service. Ensuring buffet items such as fruits, cereals, beverages and bakery items remain well-stocked; Clearing, cleaning and sanitizing tables when guests depart; Preparing the buffet for the next day which include replenishing silverware, sugar caddies and condiments, refilling beverage containers, mopping, wiping and sweeping.
