We’re looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to help bring Prodigy’s mission and brand to life. This person will play a key role in shaping and executing brand strategy and awareness-building initiatives that drive adoption, love, and loyalty among Prodigy’s target customers.
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Content Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally with creative, user acquisition/media, customer marketing, product and educator partnership teams to ensure the Prodigy brand shows up consistently, strategically, and effectively across all channels and touchpoints. You’ll act as a connector and a champion — translating insights into action, strategy into execution, and ideas into campaigns that move the needle.
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale an impactful brand in a high-growth, mission-driven company.
Your Impact
Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy and business goals alongside the brand director.
Campaign Support: Support and drive awareness and consideration campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — including digital, social, TV/video, conferences, and PR — working closely with internal and external partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across marketing, creative, product, (educator enablement) educator partnership, and growth teams to ensure all initiatives and briefs are launched on time, on brand, and on strategy. Own and update the quarterly master briefs, messaging priorities and annual marketing calendar.
Marketing Operations: Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across complex projects with multiple stakeholders, helping streamline operations, build integration and drive impact.
Brand Stewardship: Champion the brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all brand-facing content and campaigns.
Insights & Optimization: Analyze brand and campaign performance, engagement metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
About You

Skilled at navigating cross-functional teams and keeping projects aligned and on track.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and able to adapt quickly.
