Based at our Toronto office, this full-time, in-person role puts you at the heart of a growing business where your ideas and energy will make a real impact every day.

Your Role

As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales growth in the wholesale market. You’ll build strong, lasting customer relationships and make sure our brands shine in every account. Your mission? Maximize sales by combining smart strategy with top-tier service and seamless collaboration.

What You’ll Do

1. Sales Powerhouse

  • Own all sales activities for your brand(s) and hit targets, ensure consistent brand presence, and keep communication flowing smoothly with every stakeholder.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, turning connections into loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze sales trends, forecast with precision, and track results using our powerful tools.
  • Manage product samples like a pro, making sure they’re ready and available for every customer meeting.
  • Coordinate and confirm market appointments, ensuring every opportunity is maximized.
  • Plan and lead promotional events, product knowledge sessions, and trade shows (local, national, international) where you’ll showcase the brands you represent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams to keep things running like clockwork.
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure every order meets deadlines and expectations.

2. Customer Service and Marketing:

  • Coordinate with customers to ensure logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and challenges, with the ability to lead initiatives independently
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, while executing high-level customer retention strategies
  • Plan and execute special customer appreciation events to foster strong relationships.
  • Create customer-facing communications, including eye-catching marketing materials using Canva, MailChimp, or similar programs.

4. Inventory, Repeats and Returns

  • Oversee and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory for immediate orders and repeat business.
  • Act as the point person for processing immediate repeat orders, including order entry within 24 hours, picking, packing, invoicing, shipping.
  • Maintain the sample stock room by organizing returned samples.
  • Process Returns Authorizations (RAs) in accordance with company return guidelines, ensuring RAs for all brands are processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Ensure accuracy in receiving credits from brands and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Minimum of 3 year experience in the wholesale industry

Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
