Job Description:
The Northern Alberta Brand Ambassador will promote our products, engage directly with customers, and educate retail staff about our offerings, ensuring memorable and positive brand experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the cannabis industry. Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in expanding our brand presence, fostering sales growth, and building lasting connections within the cannabis community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Activations and Engagement: Conduct in-store pop-ups and product demonstrations to educate customers and promote brand awareness.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Event Support: Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer and store feedback to share insights with the sales and marketing teams for product and strategy improvements.
- Report and Track Performance: Document key metrics from each store visit and activation, including customer interactions, product samples distributed, and sales generated.
- Merchandising: Ensure that product displays and promotional materials are properly set up and maintained to maximize visibility.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cannabis market and regulations in Alberta.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Travel: Must have reliable transportation for daily travel within Edmonton, and northern Alberta travel as required.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as needed.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient to different retail environments.
