Job Title: Brand Ambassador – In-Store Product Demos

Beytoot Inc. crafts delicious, vegan-friendly Lebanese dips made with simple, wholesome ingredients. We’re expanding our presence in grocery stores across Ontario — and we’re looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to help us share our signature garlic dip (Toum) with shoppers!
Position Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Beytoot in-store by engaging shoppers, offering samples, and boosting sales through genuine, friendly interaction. This is a great opportunity for outgoing, reliable individuals who enjoy connecting with people and believe in good food made right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host in-store product sampling and demos at scheduled retail locations.
- Engage with customers, share product information, and answer questions confidently.
- Drive sales by encouraging customers to try and buy Beytoot products.
- Set up and clean up demo stations, maintain a tidy, professional appearance at all times.
- Follow all Company demo guidelines and store policies.
- Report shift sales and provide feedback to the team.
Schedule:
- 1 shift every Saturday (4 hours, typically 11 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–7 PM).
- Potential shifts on Sundays (4 hours, typically 11AM-3PM or 3PM-7PM)
- This role is offered as a fixed-term contract until November 7, 2025, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $75 per completed 4-hour demo shift (paid monthly).
- Commission: Earn up to 15% commission based on wholesale sales during your shift:
- 10% if you sell up to 36 units
- 15% if you sell over 36 units (3 cases)
- Vacation pay in accordance with Ontario ESA (4% of gross wages).
- Mileage pay for longer distances
Who You Are:
- Energetic, friendly, and comfortable talking to new people.
- Reliable and punctual — you take pride in showing up prepared.
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours and lift light demo materials if needed.
- Previous promo, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required — training provided.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have weekend availability (primarily Saturdays).
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to different retail stores (Car and drivers license)
- You don't mind driving to various GTA areas: Oakville, Mississauga, Oshawa, Ajax, etc...
