We are currently seeking a Branch Practice Associate to join our Branch & Business Practices team within the Private Client Service Department. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to
assist in the training, development, implementation and maintenance of Branch process flows on initiatives, to ensure they are efficient, effective, and well communicated to all staff in the
field and head office support staff.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for Branch support and training on technology solutions that include, but are not limited to D1g1t ; PC Connect; Triple A ; Salesforce; PC Web, and new solutions
as they are added. - Assist in the creation of training materials. This will include delivering content to Branch staff which includes Senior Service Associates (SSA); Investment Councilor (IC) and Portfolio Managers (PM) through live presentations, webinars and phone training.
- Investigate and manage escalated Branch inquiries related to the various technology solutions used by the field and currently supported by the Private Client Service Team.
- Provide oversight and maintain knowledge information available to internal staff and Branch employees on resources sites such as SharePoint, AANet, Insider and new resource tools launched.
- Test system enhancements and new solutions.
- Work as Business Analyst on branch facing initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for receipt of feedback on technology tools used in addition to management of field feedback on operational flows and policy and procedures.
- Assist in the development of communications on new initiatives and the subsequent role out of such items that impact the field and Private Client Operational staff. Collaborate with communications team to ensure effective communication around such initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Support to ensure there is awareness around new initiatives that may require Branch Practice involvement and support to the Branches and internal staff; whether product or technology related.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is mandatory
- 5+ years customer service and/or Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years industry experience
- University/College degree would be an asset
- Canadian Securities Course, IFIC, PFP and other industry courses would be an asset
- Familiarity with process reviews
- Knowledge of industry back office practices and/or systems. Specific knowledge of Triple A, PC Web, D1g1t, Salesforce would be an asset
- Familiarity with training and/or adult education practices
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Comfort in using and learning new software systems
- Strong presentation skills required
