Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely reconciliation of bank statements. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and providing valuable insights into our financial health.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize accounting software QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks is a must
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members
- The ideal candidate will answer phones, book appointments, order parts, greet customers, rental and returns of moving trucks.
- Must have a positive and friendly personality
