Bookkeeper - Part time

Job Duties:
- Assist with data entry, accounts payable and receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Help prepare financial statements and reports using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
- Provide administrative support by filing, organizing, and maintaining financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll calculations and related reports.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for effective data management and financial reporting.
- Intermediate understanding of QuickBooks, with a focus on developing bookkeeping and accounting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while receiving constructive feedback.
- Good communication skills to work with clients and vendors in a professional and learning-oriented manner.

This position will start as a part time role, with the potential to transition into a full-time role after the probationary period, based on performance and business needs.
