(Location) is currently seeking a Body Shop Estimator & Customer Service to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
The Body Shop Estimator & Customer Service is responsible for serving customers in person and on the phone, estimating and pricing vehicle parts, body shop equipment and other related services. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in order to provide accurate estimates of costs while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, organized, reliable, flexible, and punctual. This person must also be comfortable working on multiple projects at once; this individual should not only enjoy challenging tasks but handle changing priorities as well.
Required Qualifications:
As a Body Shop Estimator you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

Candidates must possess:
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- Post-Secondary Education Preferred
- 2-3 years previous body shop experience required
- Strong customer service skills, ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
