Job Overview
BioSeal Inc is seeking a skilled Blow-In Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing Blow-In insulation materials in various structures, as well as Batt Insulation and BIBS.
Duties
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit into walls, attics, or crawl spaces
- Install insulation using various techniques such as Blown
- Seal air leaks with caulking to ensure proper insulation
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation needs
- Work with hand tools to install and secure insulation materials
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines
Skills
- Proficiency in Blow-In and using machinery associated with it
- Experience with hand tools for insulation installation
- Knowledge of attic ceiling insulation techniques and requirements
- Strong building skills to ensure proper insulation installation
- High work ethic and organizational skills
Requirements
Safety Training such as WHIMS / Working at Heights / Worker Health & Safety Awareness
Driver’s License G
Must be able to make it to our head office every morning located in BARRIE, ON.
