- Set up runs according to job specs; adjust machinery for size, fold type, stitch settings.
- Quality-check finished materials (aligned folds, trims, stitch integrity, clean finishes).
- Maintain bindery equipment, perform minor adjustments and cleaning between jobs.
- Collaborate with press and production teams to keep workflow consistent and avoid bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in bindery, finishing or ladder press operations.
- Understanding of paper stocks and finishing specs.
- Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to work within day shift hours.
