The Bilingual Onboarding Associate plays a key role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in both French and English. This role works across multiple internal teams and custodians to ensure a seamless client experience, with an emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a passion for process improvement in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Position Type: Full-Time, One-Year Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for French and English-speaking clients during onboarding and servicing
- Verify incoming client documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Process client account updates via custodian platforms
- Coordinate with the Investments team to manage and administer cash flow requirements
- Post accurate and timely cash journal entries across multiple custodians
- Set up EFTs and wire transfers, ensuring completeness and follow-through
- Initiate account transfers and proactively track progress with custodians
- Prepare and distribute client tax packages and upload tax slips to investor portals
- Support quarterly and annual investment reporting, including preparation and portal uploads
- Enter and review billing details with accuracy
- Collaborate with the Operations team and web developers to identify opportunities for automation
- Support ad hoc administrative and data analysis tasks as required
Experience and Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) required
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in financial services or operations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with large datasets and new technologies
- Eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry
