Seeking a Bellman on a full time permanent basis. Candidate must be available days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a member of the Guest Services Team, your key responsibilities will be:

Ensuring total satisfaction of hotel guests and that each guest is handled with a professional, efficient and welcoming attitude.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel as well as the local surrounding area, attractions and special events.
Be capable of assisting with guest luggage, water delivery, room service delivery, cleaning.
Perform simple bookkeeping activities.
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, or in person.
Perform other duties as required and/or requested by direct Supervisor or upper Management.

Requirements for this position include;

A high school diploma
Good verbal and written skills
Basic computer skills
The ability to work well on multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in an organized manner with a strong emphasis to detail with minimal to no supervision.

Valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
