Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented in a clean and appealing manner. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise in an organized manner.
- Keeps Store Owner informed of all matters affecting safe and efficient store operation
- Assist in changing LCBO/Beer price changes and follow LCBO and Beer Store protocol and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers by answering questions and providing product information.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs for restocking.
- Collaborate with management to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
