We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality Food & Beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for hospitality and customer service will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments for drinks served.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and presentation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment.
- Background in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
