We’re currently seeking passionate, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our dynamic team.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Take guest food orders as needed and accurately serve guests
- Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting using the guests’ names when possible
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
Experience: 2+ years’ relevant bartending experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment
Certification: Smart Serve
Other Qualifications:
- Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, etc.
- Previous bartender and or serving experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older in order to serve alcohol
