We are currently hiring bartenders to join our courtyard team for the summer. The ideal candidate is responsible for mixing drinks, serving customers and creating a positive working environment. Bartenders are also expected to maintain the cleanliness of the bar and required stock levels. Ideal candidates would have full availability for the summer months and willingness to work outdoors in a fun and more casual atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the ingredients used in cocktails.
- Understand the concept of bitters.
- Be able to mix drinks according to a customer's instructions.
- Know how to pour drinks from a shaker or muddler.
- Know how to use a jigger or measuring glass.
- Be friendly, courteous, and respectful.
