Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations is a plus
This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude. Additionally, they should have the ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
