We’re currently hiring a passionate and reliable part-time barista to join our Semlin location starting September 1st.
Required availability: weekdays + weekends (as needed).

What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience preparing and serving coffee (required).
- Knowledge of the specialty coffee sector.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent communication skills (required).
- Ability to perform daily bar opening and coffee dial in duties (required) ; ongoing training will be provided.
- Know how to operate an espresso machine, including grinding, dosing, and tamping. (required)
- Know how to steam milk to the correct temperature and texture for various espresso-based drinks. (required)
- Be skilled in latte-art (heart and rosetta are required)
- Be familiar with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, drip..) (required)
- Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- A true passion to learn and grow.
- Be a punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
