Williams Fresh Café is looking for enthusiastic and personable Servers to join our team! As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, attention to detail, and a passion for fresh food and coffee culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and maintained throughout the guest experience
- Deliver food and drinks promptly with professionalism and care
- Handle guest concerns promptly and positively to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with kitchen and café team to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
- Follow all food safety and café procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and able to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
