Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for transactions and order processing.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with barista or serving experience considered a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
