We’re hiring full-time and part-time EXPERIENCED baristas to build our team at our new Toronto location! We're looking for baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee and excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within our team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
The position will require you to:
- Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
- Prepare exceptional, high-quality beverages
- Sell our coffees by utilizing your knowledge of our current coffee offerings and roasting profiles and confidently and accurately communicate this to the customer
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cafe at all times
- Be responsible for the opening and closing of the cafe - this includes ensuring the cleaning checklist is complete, setting the alarm and locking up at the end of the day
- Carry out all other assigned duties
Skills + Experience
- Customer service experience is required
- Must have previous barista experience
- Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all time
