Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at GREEN BOX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create delicious and visually appealing beverages. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing our guests with a memorable café experience, showcasing your expertise in coffee preparation and dedication to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas
- Stock and replenish café supplies and ingredients as needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting team members and working together to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
