Chatime Wolfville is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas (Tearistas) to join our team! As a Tearista, you’ll be the face of Chatime—preparing bubble tea drinks, providing friendly service, and keeping our store running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to Chatime’s standards
- Greet customers and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and front counter
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to operate a POS system effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Atleast 18 years old of age
