We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system for processing customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils, in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience in cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of food service practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change to customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Familiarity with the food industry is an advantage, especially in beverage preparation.
- A willingness to help team members and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
