We’re currently building our opening team and are looking for experienced baristas who share our passion for coffee, craftsmanship, and detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year barista experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
- Strong latte art skills and espresso technique
- A genuine passion for coffee and curiosity to learn
- An eye for detail — from dialing in to maintaining a clean, beautiful bar
- Great energy and presence — we care deeply about how we make people feel
- Team players who are reliable, proactive, and kind
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and pour beautiful latte art
- Work closely with the team to maintain flow, cleanliness, and consistency
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences
- Support with prep and side duties as needed
- Help us shape an inspiring opening culture
