We’re on the hunt for a skilled and passionate Barista to bring top-notch drinks and feel-good vibes to our guests. If you’ve got 3-5+ years of barista experience, have a knack for great customer service, looking for a longterm position or even a career, we’d love to welcome you into our cozy barn-inspired café.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft and serve a variety of delicious hot and cold beverages—coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Master the espresso machine and other café equipment
- Take and prepare orders quickly and accurately
- Keep the counter, machines, and prep areas clean and organized
- Handle cash and card transactions with ease and accuracy
- Make every customer feel welcome and appreciated
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of barista experience (a must)
- Friendly and positive personality with strong communication skills
- Comfort with fast-paced environments—especially during the morning rush
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling
- Time management and multitasking skills
- A team player who takes pride in their work and their lattes
