Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as bubble tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Ensure that all drinks and food items are prepared to company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Understanding of the food industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
