Responsibilities Include a combination of both Barista, Food Prep and Customer Service
- Barista - Cashier - Customer Service
- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare teas, coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies and various other hot/cold beverages
- Ensure quality control
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
- Some Food Preparation
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practising good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
Requirements:
- Previous Barista & Retail experience
- Must be available to work weekends.
Skills and Abilities:
- Able to get on with other people and work as part of a team.
- Polite, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly.
- Takes pride in personal wellness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems and ability to learn new programs.
