Customer Service Representative/Barista
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Prepare and serve quality food items according to established procedures
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment collection
- Handle and store cleaning products, change garbage bag, sweep, mop and perform other end of day duties.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the food industry and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in cashiering and working as a barista
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
