We pride ourselves on our artisanal coffee and friendly service, and we're looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Barista.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty drinks, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions about our products, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including wiping down tables, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments, and provide customers with correct change and receipts.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our coffee offerings, including seasonal specials and new products, to make recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a smooth operation during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work the specified hours.
