As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring that all tools and workspaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Sanitate all tools and work areas before and after each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend styles that suit them best.
- Upsell retail products that enhance clients' grooming experience, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and greeting clients warmly as they arrive.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with modern options.
- Foster a positive atmosphere within the salon, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and shaving.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling grooming products.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions.

Pay: $16.55-$52.68 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
