Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon area to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
- Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere and assist with salon operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
- Understanding of sanitation practices relevant to hair care services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
