We're Hiring: Baker (Full-Time) – The Zesty Lemon
Location: Saint John, NB
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The Zesty Lemon is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and bring fresh energy—and even fresher baking—to our kitchen. This is more than a routine baking role. We're searching for someone with commercial baking experience who’s ready to take ownership of our in-house breads and pastries, while also bringing creative ideas and excitement to our menu.
What You'll Do:
- Bake fresh breads and pastries using our established in-house recipes
- Maintain consistency and quality in daily production
- Collaborate with our team to introduce new, rotating baked goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Who You Are:
- You must have prior commercial baking experience to be considered
- Passionate about quality, presentation, and the joy of baking
- Excited to bring creativity to the table and try new ideas
- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A morning person who loves to get an early start and work daytime hours
