Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and networking.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize software to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Attending sales meetings when required.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
