Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a door-to-door sales role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key client relationships within the B2B sector. You will possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through proactive outreach, exceptional customer service, and consistent communication.
- Drive sales revenue: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet client needs and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively showcase the value proposition of Grit Developments' projects and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Manage client accounts: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Experience in the commercial and/or franchise real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
