Schedule : 4 days On and 4 Days Off (Day and Night shifts available)


Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to work out of the Mississauga location, and safely transport Cryogenic gases and CO2 products or hazardous materials, to specified destinations. Duties include conducting pre-trip inspections of the tanker vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition, as well as loading and unloading cargo following established safety procedures. Drivers will be required to work 4 days on, 4 days off (they will need to be comfortable being on the road for 4 days)


What you will do

  • Operates vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations
  • Conducts routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition
  • Manages appropriate cargo documentation and provides necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods.
  • Coordinates the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured.
  • Maintains contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have at least 3 years continuous AZ driving experience, and at least 1 year tanker experience
  • Less than High School, but has basic reading, communication, and arithmetic skills to follow direction
  • Valid AZ License is required
  • Clean driving record
  • TDG required
