Farm Fresh Poultry Ltd. is seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Driver to join our team for the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods while ensuring proper loading and unloading of cargo, with weights of up to 30kg. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Position Details
- Starting Wage: $27/hour
- Schedule:
- Morning runs begin between 2:00–4:00 AM, typically ending around 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Second runs start at 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM, ending around 3:00–4:00 PM (one late run per week)
- Occasional delays due to traffic or extra pickups
- Double Shifts: Available occasionally for drivers seeking extra hours
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours/week
- Saturday Work:
- Required on occasion
- Paid at 1.5x, regardless of weekly hours worked
Equipment & Routes
- Trailer Work: Minimal manual unloading; deliveries to loading docks where customers unload
- Box Truck Work: Multiple stops with significant hand bombing required
- Routes: All deliveries are local to the GTA

- Probation Period: 60 working days
- After Probation:

What We’re Looking For
- Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Experience with local deliveries and manual unloading preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work early mornings and occasional Saturdays
- Comfortable with physical work (especially box truck deliveries)
