Job Title: Aveiro Team Member – A Warm, Welcoming Role in Our Local Portuguese Bake Shop

What You’ll Do: As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating the special atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting traditional Portuguese pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- Greeting customers with a smile, sharing your love for our products, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Assisting with shop upkeep, ensuring the bakery remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborating with the team to create a warm and supportive work environment.
What We’re Looking For: We’d love to meet someone who:
- Is passionate about food, baking, and Portuguese culture (bonus if you have a sweet spot for pasteis de nata!).
- Has a friendly, approachable demeanor and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Thrives in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.
- Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn – baking experience is a plus, but not required!
